Parking
On street is pay & display, which can be busy at the best of times.
The nearest free parking I’ve found so far is Tesco on Broughton Road approx 8 minutes walk away.

My Training.
I trained in Swedish massage a decade ago, and more recently expanded into Sports Massage. My most recent completed course being the VTCT level 5.
In September 2026 I’m booked onto a ‘post-surgical Manual Lymphatic Drainage’ course, and in November a top-up course on Myofascial release.

When I'm not massaging, I'm usually found reading psychology and am particularly interested in how stress can impact us both physically and mentally.
